Best setup for recent Gemini video exports
Recent Gemini portrait videos commonly use a small diamond mark near the lower-right area. The video remover uses a targeted story profile rather than changing the whole frame.
Choose “New Gemini diamond”
For recent Gemini exports, select the new diamond profile. The legacy Veo option is intended for older watermark layouts.
Keep 1080×1920 when possible
The current portrait profile is calibrated for 1080×1920. Other resolutions may not place the visible mark in the same location.

Why a small patch can appear
A visible watermark covers real scene pixels. If the background has detailed motion or strong lines, reconstruction has to estimate what was underneath. The cleaner is tuned to reduce obvious blocks and edge seams, but difficult frames can still need profile improvements.
Why WebM may be downloaded
Some browser processing paths record the cleaned canvas with codecs available in Chrome or Edge. When the browser records WebM, the download keeps that compatible output instead of falsely naming it MP4.

Why should I upload the original video again after an update?
A previously cleaned file may already contain an encoded patch or smear. Testing the new algorithm on the original watermarked file gives the cleanest comparison.
Does the video keep the 9:16 aspect ratio?
The workflow is designed to preserve the original portrait dimensions instead of cropping the clip into another layout.
